Image result for yoga at easeMany a people feel that Yoga is too tedious a task to practice and doubly cumbersome an exercise.It is not so.There are hundreds of modes to practice. There are numerous postures to select by the enthusiasts. The choice lies with the practitioners and they are supposed to select the mode that fits them. You can draw your plans compatible to your body system and capacity or else you can innovate  your own choice and apply the same to it. like how do you sit, how do you get up, how do you sleep and how do you bend and walk. All this adopted to your system every step delivers results. Sleep well with preceded by frugal dinner. Get up early and walk lightly say for 15 minutes before going to bed. Yoga -myths and realities:

Question is a simple one but it is highly meaningful as there are many who just exercise Yoga in a casual manner which habit hardly extends the requisite benefits. Instead it may cause harm to the physical system. Yoga exercises accordingly require to be done with a regulated discipline. Those who need relaxation after some exercise can very well take the benefit of Shavasan, a mudra exclusively meant for relaxation in Yoga.

Yoga exercises are to be resorted to in a compose mode and need not overdo like a gymnast, this has to be done in an atmosphere which is calm and peaceful. Done in a right way it proves to be a boon and if done on cursory and casual footing, it may cause enormous damage. There are many a swamees in India but those really possessing the knowledge and practice of Yoga in a perfect way are rare only –Swami Ram Dev being an exception. He is the one who gave Yoga a rebirth in India expanding this fool proof therapy throughout the world. A thousand salutes to him.

Alzheimer’s Disease – Progressive mental Deterioration

Alzheimer’s is a disease that causes dementia. Alzheimer’s causes nerve cell death and tissue loss throughout the brain. The damage harms memory, speech, and comprehension. In most people with Alzheimer’s, symptoms first appear in their mid-60s. Alzheimer’s is the most common cause of dementia among older adults. Alzheimer’s disease is named after Dr. Alois Alzheimer, a German doctor. In 1906, In Alzheimer’s disease, brain cells start to deteriorate. The body attempts to stop this process by producing a protein called amyloid. However, amyloid deposits build up in the brain, leading to further deterioration. These deposits of amyloid are referred to as “plaques” and cause the brain cells to shrivel up and form “tangles”, which in turn lead to changes in the brain structure and cause the brain cells to die. After United Nations gave it their seal to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposal to have a definite day to be observed as an International day for Yoga seconded by 177 countries of the world, the decks are now clear for observing a specific day as World Yoga Day. The Day allocated for the purpose is 21st June and it has to have a take off with effect from the current year itself. It adds to the pride and privilege of INDIA. All Indians also feel proud of their Prime Minister Narendra Modi for most assertively leading the campaign for the purpose. Yoga is an ancient Vedic science having its origin in India for thousands of years extending its benefits both physical and divine to millions of the people not only in India alone but the people from all over the world. The miracles it plays are not just confined to sound health and physical fitness, it equally extends ways and means in the matters of a divine pursuit in an spiritual order. The experts in the field claim that this science based methodology has nothing like any adverse side effects and can be practiced even by a child aged 5 years and an old man of 105 years.
