Share market -thorny ups and downs:

Just a game, or say a gamble or a sophiscated race with tricks and wits, share market is a match between money enthusiasts and their competitors in the field -some winning and some losing. This has been continuing like this for the last  several decades. Originally it was called Satta Bazaar  and the oldies still prefer to call it as such. Whatever the name the market is able to benefit lot of people and in the same measure there are thousands of people who go a  pauper and they not only lose their own invested amount of money they also have to borrow money to pay for the overdues on account of loss. Jua as it was called earlier is still there in several parts of the country and is a great social evil warranting to be immediately arrested by the Government of India.Image result for stock market

Shylocks operating in the share market–Beware of them!

images (1)

There are common people who have to resort to share trading to supplement their source of sustentation but they are hardly ever aware that this option of theirs is leading them to a den of wild vultures, the brokers as they are called, as their prey. The modus operandi adopted by them in the matter of their accounts is so grotesque that no common man is able to decode the same in a legible term. They are dexterous enough to keep their statistical data just so clean on the surface that it is far beyond any comprehension by an outsider including share traders. The laymen as most of the traders are they just can’t afford to unfold the intricacies and all this taken in its totality it results into making a rich broker much richer at the cost of the traders. The bumper ads released by them are quite silky and the traders are normally prone to take them on their face value getting allured with the gimmics so played by them hoodwinking their customers like a pick pocket does. The problem is that the otherwise badly laden with anxiety and concern on involving their money in the gamble, the traders are hardly left with an alternative against such a ghastly loot on the part of the brokers. Their option is confined only to an alert and precaution to the extent they can afford in thoroughly checking their individual deals. They must apply due care with an eagle’s eye to save their investment against a well manoevred onslaught at the hands of the brokers.

Bad money drives good money out of circulation:

A short post:

Be it Malthusian theory in economics or any other theory else where they hardly get erased from the public memory, more so in the case of political leaders irrespective of as to which party they belong to. Isn’t it damn easy to go by imitations? But quality lies with the fine tuning the respective masters can afford to manage. Modi, the Prime Minister, is known well for doing necessary home work before jumping to the fray on any front. One can hardly draw an idea like the monetary restrictions coupled with other measures already spelt out by the Prime Minister but it looks like an action taken too much in a hurry. To check black money, the answer is not this as there are ample administrative measures available as pertinent option. This gives a chance to opposition to gherao the Prime Minister calling him names. They are already voicing loud that this is a weak action and it lacks a matured statesmanship and public as a whole would have to suffer in many ways.

The root cause of troubles?

Tolstoy

Here, there and every where, there are troubles and troubles with no limit causing problems not only to the humans but equally any live being on the globe. This has been a topmost item on agenda of great intellectuals knowing fully well that this runs in association with the eternity that has no end. Count Leo Tolstoy, the great writer and author of ‘Anna Kerenina’, a novel recognised as one of the ten best novels in the world. The book is based on a love theme remotely indicating reflections of his own married life. He opined on a topic “Why there is trouble in the world” mentioning that it is ‘Love’ that is the root cause of troubles every where and he stuck to observation as such all his life. His version could be correct if not fully at least partly as there have been other people who too frugally endorsed him saying ‘…..’Is jahaan me teen saarey khurafaat ki jad hain –zar, zan, jamein’  (three things –money, woman and land are in the root of every trouble). The whole theme like this is an eternal matter and it is the one that would continue till the universe ends. Humans can satisfy themselves by talking amongst themselves but none can go beyond that.

MORE THE MONEY MORE THE MISERIES:

Money is the need for every one no doubt but it is also the cause number one for miseries engulfing big chunks of humans. Poor people are there in plenty in our county still but gone are the days when poverty was at the extreme for dearth of resources. Soaring prices continue to go up sky high. Whom to blame for this is a different matter but living standard of even a commonest possible person only gives an impression that it has really gone up much much bigger compared to what was there a few decades back. You go to a mall and see the huge crowd of buyers, you go to a restaurant there is no space available to sit any where. So is the situation in all cinema halls and worst it is in the case medicos who are earning lakhs of rupees for their service they give to their patients for which they spare only a couple of minutes. I have seen rickshapullers, masons, dhobees, maids no more going to medium lever doctors but the biggies who charge 400-500 rupees per patient and the queues continue on their clinic till mid night. One can see any where that a maid servant goes to the house where she works travelling to and fro by scooty, scooter or motor bike. It is their money besides others that is pumped in the market channels and that is the root of soaring prices. If such a scenario goes on unchecked, the country as a whole gets closure to a Doom’s day.

Advanced technology–a handy tool in perpetrating frauds:

Frauds are no more a difficulty, they are rather more user friendly to the cheaters, thanks to the highly developed modern technology in the country. Neelramesh Neelakantan, a veteran on awareness issues and front runner in the movement on pension issues in State Bank of India. He published a story in facebook narrating his experience gained through a friend of his. The message so published is important to every body as it may happen with any one and from that point of view it acts as a warning signal to the advantage of a large number of people. The relevant portion of the message is reproduced below:

This is to caution my friends about door to door delivery scam, pls take a bit of time to read it: The message was sent to me by one of my friends
This scam is actually very cleverly worked out that you will not suspect of anything wrong:
The following is an account of the incident.
《Wednesday a week ago, I had a phone call from someone saying that he was from a company called: "Express Couriers," He asked if I was going to be home because there was a package for me that required a signature .
The caller said that the delivery would arrive at my home in roughly an hour. Sure enough, about an hour later, a uniformed delivery man turned up
with a parcel and a bottle of wine. I was very surprised since there was no special occasion, and I certainly didn’t expect anything like it. Intrigued, I inquired as to who the sender was.
The courier replied, "I don’t know, I’m only delivering the package."
Apparently, he said the sender would want to give you a surprise and a card would be sent separately… , it happened that my birthday was on the way also, so we thought could be from a distant friend. There was also a consignment note with the gift.
He then went on to explain that because the gift contained alcohol, there was a Rs 257.50 "delivery/ verification charge," providing proof that he had actually delivered the package to an adult (of legal drinking age), and not just left it on the doorstep where it could be stolen or taken by anyone, especially a minor.
This sounded logical and I offered to pay him cash. He then said that the
delivery company required payment to be by credit or debit card only, so
that everything is properly accounted for.
He added they also don’t carry cash to avoid loss or likely targets for
robbery.
My wife, who by this time was standing beside me, pulled out her credit card, gave to him to swipe the card on a small mobile card machine with a small screen and keypad and asked to key in the verification code.
Frankly at this point we never suspected anything abnormal and a receipt was printed out and given to us, he then wished us good day and went off as normal,
To our horrible surprise, between Thursday and the following Monday, Rs 50,000 had been charged/withdrawn from our credit account at various ATM machines.
Apparently the "mobile credit card machine," which the delivery man carried had all the info necessary to create a "dummy" card with all our card details, of course with the verification code.
Upon finding out about the illegal transactions on our card, we immediately notified the bank to stop payment, but already too late.
We went to make a Police report, and was confirmed quite a number of households had been similarly hit.
WARNING: Be wary of accepting any "surprise gift or package," which you neither expected nor personally ordered, especially if it involves any kind of payment as a condition of receiving the gift or package. Also never accYuhept jI anything if you do not personally know or there is no proper
identification of who the sender is.
Above all, the only time you should give out any personal credit card information is when you yourself initiated the purchase or transaction!
PLEASE Pass this on, it may just prevent someone else from being swindled.
