  14. Dear sir,

My father in law passed away in 2001 while working as an Asst. Manager(cash) in SBI at the age of 45. At that time his only daughter is minor and his wife was mentally unstable to handle a job on compassionate grounds. When his daughter reached 19 in 2004, the compassionate appointments are gone. So they applied for exgratia. By the cause of (helpless women of ST community) incomplete application the matter was unmoved . In 2015, we received a communication from the branch which he worked last to apply again for exgratia and we have done it properly and waiting ….. Still my mother in law is getting family pension and my father in law,s PF No is 1790226, name: Puttu Subbarao.

Kindly help us to settle this matter ASAP.
