After the pension issue was referred by Supreme Court of India to Delhi High Court, there has obviously been an anxiety on the part of the retiree pensioners about necessary progress in the matter. Nothing visible has happened in a short time since the case was referred to Delhi High Court, except of course that the next date for the purpose has been fixed as 2nd April’2013. If the reference so made by the Supreme Court is duly adhered to, the case has to be finalised by July end this year.
