Religion–A divine pursuit or a marketing?

What’s a religion?. Normally as we understand, it is broad based conviction practiced by the people as a matter of a specific creed directed towards different faiths and beliefs. The entire world is divided based on various segments of religion basically those who believe in the existence of God worshipping different Gods and Goddesses, and those who don’t believe in God at all. Non-believers lead a plain and simple life without any over display of their faith just contrary to those who are the believers in God, majority of them running their religion as a business centre doing necessary marketing for the purpose by way of an artificial grandeur. The priests in the temples lead a most luxurious sort of life fully bidding adieu to austerity measures, a requirement which normally the sadhus are supposed to abide by. Theirs is a tax free income through donations and presentations. With black money in abundance at their disposal, they are capable of running a parallel market for themselves, their families, and their followers. The total transactional behaviour is just like a business house with Gods and Goddesses being a secondary entity. Many of them possess just a little knowledge of Vedas, Shastras, Upnishads and other religious scriptures, or say they have no such knowledge at all. They are just the lucky people enjoying a following that is fully blind folded not caring for any logic or reasoning. Only God, if there is any, can take care of this country, India, against most filthy a materialism dominated culture these so called sadhus are infectiously spreading in the name of some religion or the other.

  1. It was Carl Jung who first demonstrated that people have a religious nature. That is to say, if you were raised without any sort of external influence. That, generally, people would build little shrines, acknowledging some sort of higher power.

It would be easy, later in life to rationalize, THERE IS NO GOD? Quite easy, IMO. In fact, it might be preferable if people viewed it like that?

For myself, it’s about free will. It has been said that, “until you see God face to face. God does not exist”. Much more preferable to the arguing and cruelty inflicted on either seers, or agnostics.

In general it is the people who believe without knowing. Who are the most easily manipulated, by those who claim to know. Exploited in various different ways, is well documented. Both here and elsewhere.

The cruelty in the world is people’s doing. God or the various aspects of God. Does not interfere. Until the knowledge of Creator and the infinite love, is fully understood.

Most people, the majority of people, are inherently good. Mostly they are not allowed the luxury of exploration, to discover this love. They are too busy trying to deal with and get by with what the world throws at them/us, from birth.

So allowing the various shaman, priests and other who claim to do it for them. Becomes, far too comfortable. Rather than following their own star and inner selves. People allow the professionals to do it for them. Which inevitably leads to missed opportunity, for truly understanding personal growth.

When we view the physical universe. It is seen to be huge! Imagine all of that teeming life. The gases and stardust. All of that life exploding outwards, developing and constantly changing over eons. As we die off from aging, or by accident, the body returns to the dust it came from. The spirit, that part of us that can never die. That energy goes back into the cosmos of life to await the next body to inhabit; whether here on Gaia. Or elsewhere? That the karma of life dictates.

Ultimately each life throughout the cosmos is unique. It follows specified paths of growth through fractals and the math of life.

Underneath all of that, is the vibration. The vibration that can never be truly vocalized, but still is. Different cultures use different sounds, or vocalizations. In an attempt to convey what is meant.

Aum mani padme Om! Works for me!

  2. Religion had been and has become purely a business. This is only the business where there is no recession at all , never in loss .Moreover the profit of this business grow more ,when other businesses are in loss. The basic fundamental responsible for this is “ in every religion ,it is taught from childhood – never argue /question about religious matter “.This is the reason the mediators of God regularly get benefited.

IT IS INDEED VERY UNFORTUNATE THAT PEOPLE HAVE STARTED TURNING EVERY NOBLE THING INTO BUSINESS/PROFESSION, BE IT SO CALLED RELIGIOUS SADHUS/SANT/PANDITS, PUBLIC SCHOOLS, COLLEGES, TEACHERS, PROFESSORS, NURSING HOMES, PRIVATE HOSPITALS, CHARITABLE TRUSTS, NGOs AND WHAT NOT. YOU ARE VERY CORRECT IN YOUR ASSESSMENT THAT ONLY GOD CAN TAKE CARE AND SAVE OUR COUNTRY.
